STAGING DESIGN PROJECT:

 

We do a room by room walk through and give our feed back on how each rooms potential can be maximized for the sale. Then we put together a plan for rooms that need some extra attention to appeal to buyers. We use all your furniture and add decor, bedding and art to create an emotional connection for the buyers.

 

We create a design, we shop and we stage your house with your new items. These are yours to keep after your house sells. This could be art work, bedding, pillows, plants, decor and towels.

TWO HOUR WALK AND TALK CONSULTATION:

We do a room by room walk through and give our feed back on how each rooms potential can be maximized for the sale.

We take notes for you and give you a detailed punch list of things that we suggest for each room. We will discuss what to pack, what to use, what to change, how to maximize space, etc. We also decide on the placement of furniture, accessories, artwork, and more throughout your home. By completing all of these important tasks, you are sure to have your property ready to hit the market.

We can also suggest paint colors, new fixtures and things to increase your curb appeal.

 

Program cost starts at $450. That includes up to two hours, the initial walk through and a detailed report for the home owner.
